Kevin Rosinski joined Camelot Homes as Chief Operating Officer in 2020, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the homebuilding industry. In his role, Rosinski oversees the day-to-day operations of Camelot Homes’ sales, marketing, land acquisition, land development, construction , trade relations, human resources, customer service, purchasing and design studio services. Utilizing his industry and market expertise, Rosinski oversees the company’s strategic growth, including managing the luxury homebuilder’s current communities while planning out the long-term direction. Prior to joining Camelot Homes, Rosinski was a member of the Toll Brothers team for more than 21 years, rising through the ranks from construction manager to senior vice president, earning a number of architecture and design awards with his team along the way. Rosinski is motivated every day by the opportunity to work with a team of professionals dedicated to serving their customers. As COO, his goal is to create best-in-class homes where life-long memories will be created, streamlining the process and enriching people along the way. In addition to growing Camelot’s traditional luxury home business, he is focused on diversifying the company’s operations through custom homes and renovations (Cameron Custom Division), affordable luxury products, single family rental communities, and one-of-a-kind short term rental properties. Rosinski earned his bachelor’s degree at Ferris State University in Michigan before leaving the Midwest to embrace the homebuilding industry and the Arizona lifestyle.
