We value the hard work you put into helping clients find their dream homes. We offer 3% commission rates (based off base price less any discounts) to ensure you are fairly compensated for your efforts.
We understand each client is unique. We are committed to working closely with you to accommodate your clients' specific needs and preferences, offering customization options and flexible financing solutions where possible.
Should any issues arise, we are dedicated to resolving them promptly and fairly, ensuring that both you and your clients are satisfied with the outcome.
Escalating Commission Program
Camelot Homes offers enhanced commissions to procuring brokers who introduce their clients to a Camelot Home community. The increased commissions will apply to subsequent transactions procured by a broker within 1 year from the date of signing a sales agreement. Camelot Homes offers 3% commission for their first sale of a custom Camelot home to procuring brokers, and up to 5% for subsequent sales.
The full commission for a signed agreement of sale will be paid upon the buyer’s finalization of design selections (approximately 90 days from sale). Quicker move in homes will be paid at close of escrow. Offer subject to change.
