The Home Builders Association of Central Arizona recently celebrated the 31st annual Major Achievements in Merchandising Excellence (MAME) awards. Many Scottsdale luxury home builders, among others, competed for top honors at the ceremony, and Camelot Homes is pleased to announce that we were the recipients of several of these prestigious awards.
Small Volume Builder of the Year
Camelot Homes has been honored with this award for the third year in a row. We attribute this to our creative and dedicated staff and the quality of our beautifully crafted homes.
Best Detached Product Design for Homes from $450,001-650,000
This award was received for our Gold Mountain Preserve Plan SS-02. Gold Mountain Preserve is one of our luxury neighborhoods located in the Northwest Valley. Our SS-02 design offers four to six bedrooms and 3.5 to 6 bathrooms, with square footage ranging from roughly 4-5,000 square feet.
Best Detached Product Design for Homes over $650,000
Proving our expertise in a wide range of price points, this award recognizes our Bocara Plan 55-22. Bocara is a luxury neighborhood located in North Scottsdale. Homes range from 3-6 bedrooms and 2.5 to 6 baths in roughly 3,000-4,000 square feet of space.
Best Attached Product Design
When we designed the Villas at DC Ranch, we knew it was important to create comfortable floorplans that would feel like single-family homes, while providing all the advantages of “lock and leave” residences. Our Villa designs for this neighborhood offer 2-3 bedrooms and baths in approximately 2,000-2,600 square feet of living space.
Best Design Center
We are very proud of our Design Center, so we were delighted to have received this award as well. Our clients work with our professional designers to customize their homes by visiting the design studio to select interior finishes and other options.
Rounding out the accolades of the evening, Camelot Homes was also recognized for the Best Website by a Builder Closing Less Than 500 Homes and Best Online Banner Ad.
