Board Member & Managing Director

Trent Hancock is a Board Member and Managing Director of Camelot Homes, and along with his sister Cammie, represents the third generation of the Hancock family in its leadership. His responsibilities span the company's development platform, enterprise technology and artificial intelligence strategy, and product and architectural direction. Since joining in 2015, he has worked across sales, marketing, real estate development, design and technology.

Trent leads Camelot's urban infill division, where he serves as operating principal with responsibility for land strategy, capital partnerships, product and delivery. The division grew out of Paradigm, the first Camelot community he led from concept through completion, which was named MAME Home of the Year and earned two Gold Nugget Grand Awards and a Gold Award from NAHB's The Nationals. Its current community, Paragon, an eight-home infill community in Phoenix developed with Circle Road, is the proving ground for Camelot's next generation of design, construction and technology.

He chairs Camelot's Technology Committee, with oversight of the company's enterprise systems, data strategy and digital operations, and leads its artificial intelligence strategy and integration across how homes are designed, built, operated and serviced. He spearheaded the company's first adoption of integrated enterprise technology beginning in 2016.

Trent plays an active role in Camelot's product and architectural direction, carrying forward the design principles that have defined the company for more than five decades. His own design work includes the Willo-Hancock Residence, a 1920 Spanish Colonial honored with a Gold Nugget Grand Award for Best Renovated or Restored Single House, and the award-winning Stay Skyeview, co-designed with Joel Contreras. He championed and led Camelot's transition to 100% employee ownership through an ESOP.

Before Camelot, Trent spent a decade as a touring musician and freelance photogrpher. He holds a business degree from the University of San Diego, is a licensed Arizona real estate broker, and has served with The Saguaros since 2019, including as Charities Chairman. He lives in Phoenix with his wife, Jodie, and their son, Royce.
